Data Analyst

We are looking for a new team member who is experienced and passionate about data, to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
  • Analyze data from different sources and discover actionable insights as well as growth opportunities
  • Create assets (dashboards, visualizations, queries…) for recurring insights needs.
  • Advise on new data collection needs
  • Communicate your findings and recommendations
  • Support the team in being more data-driven, defining good KPIs and measuring project impacts.
  • Reconciliation of reports from clients
  • Monitoring traffic & revenue trends

 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with data
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics concepts
  • Strong experience with SQL
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with Big Query, Google Data Studio

Senior Sales Manager

We're looking for a key person in or our growth in the Nordics. You'll be responsible for growing our network of publishers and finding new publishers to implement our contextual video platform into their sites.

To be successful in the role you'll need to have a good overview of the digital landscape, from both business and tech perspectives. You'll also need to have good knowledge of programmatic trading and the online advertising business.

right mindset and a great deal of proactivity will go a long way, too. This role is based in Stockholm but requirer travelling (primarily in the Nordic region).


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


•Develop, manage and grow relationships with agencies, agency trading desks, DSPs and brands direct to support vi as the leading Contextual Video Platform.

• Educate buyers on the (programmatic) video ecosystem and ways to transact with vi through Private Marketplaces.

• Collaborate with vi Publisher Sales & Account Management on supply strategies for demand partners.

• Track to quarterly and annual revenue goals.

• Contribute to overall company strategy, problem solving, and culture. • Represent vi at industry functions and tradeshows.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years agency-/ATD-sales experience in digital (video) advertising with a deep understanding of the (programmatic) video ecosystem

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, related field or commensurate experience

  • Strong relationships within agency trading desks, agencies, DSPs and direct brands

  • Proven track record establishing, developing, and executing key client partnerships

  • Strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, smart-working, able to drive multiple projects to completion
  • High energy, positive attitude, adaptable, team player

  • Experience and ability to manage multiple projects and to balance competing objectives; the ability to define and deliver on expectations and balance customer needs with business priorities

Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for Senior Publisher Development Manager/Publisher Development Director (Title dependent on level of experience) for the UK Market.

You’re a sales pro with a strong understanding of the video ad-tech market, trends and ecosystem. You need to be a charismatic, energetic, and resourceful person, with a proactive approach and a passion for success. Our position requires you to have relationships and contacts with direct publishers across the digital landscape, understanding of the programmatic space and knowledge of the video ad-tech industry including trends, terms and technology. The Individual will play a key role in expanding our business. 


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sell vi’s contextual video platform to publishers across all platforms including web, native mobile apps and CTV
  • Build and maintain partnerships with existing and new partners
  • Develop commercial proposals to new partners
  • Build strong and lasting relationship key accounts
  • Work closely with the other publisher development and sales teams globally
  • Represent vi at industry functions and tradeshows 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3+ years of experience in Publishers Sales are essential, ideally in video or ad tech solution
  • A career with some of the largest UK publishing houses and / or video sell side platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be client facing with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives
  • Proven ability to close new business and forge new relationships with decision makers
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and handle priorities.
  • Knowledge of the online video advertising industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and generated reports
